Our computing platform and algorithms are deployed exclusively at data processing centres under the supervision of regional Medical Directors. We refer to these facilities as our clinical data labs. Our centralized model ensures our services are delivered reliably across geographies and EMR systems.

The software encoding some of our algorithms are classified as medical devices by health regulatory bodies including Health Canada. Screening services that make use of our medical device software are only made available in jurisdictions in which they are licensed for manufacture and sale.
We deliver safe, secure, effective and reproducible analyses of health information that empower healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes. Our digital diagnostic solutions are developed to the ISO 13485:2016 standard for medical devices and subject to the oversight of health regulatory authorities. Our Quality Policy and standards are implemented through a comprehensive Quality Management System documented in a Quality Manual. Our performance is monitored and regularly reviewed to ensure our standards of conduct meet our high expectations and those of our many stakeholders.
